This place is located in the heart of china town. Parking wasn't an issue, but i could see it getting packed during peak hours. We ended up getting beef brisket chow fun, beef with fried egg and green onions and a condense milk French toast. Everything altogether was about 30 bucks or so, which is a great deal for the amount of food you get. Both dishes were great, but i liked the fried egg with beef a bit more than the beef brisket chow fun. i wish we got another order of the french toast... it was really delicious. The coolest thing about the interior of the restaurant, is that they have starbucks travel mugs from across the world. I personally collect starbucks mugs, so it was exciting to see another collection and the various mugs from different cities across the globe. For an asian restaurant, the service was pretty good. They came by a few times to fill water. But don't expect 5 star service.

They keep taking my money because how delicious their foods are!! My photos here aren't even all the dishes I've tried from them. Must try their roasted duck(juicy and flavorful), pepper fried chicken wings (so crispy and huge, the scallions pair so well with rice too), bbq pork (not dry and not too sweet), honey walnut shrimp (jumbo shrimp with crispy walnuts). These are my go to orders every time. Very nice price for the portions you are getting too. Sometimes on holidays and weekend they could be out of roasted duck if you go too late, but can always call to check ahead of time. Old fashion Hong Kong style restaurant with dimmed lights, plus the traditional cooking, really made me feel like in Hong Kong. Must go!

House of bowls will always be a great spot for good quality and good price food. The portions are medium but the service is good and very attentive. It looks a bit run down but this place has been open for a while but the quality is still superb. Don't expect too much like tan tan or other establishments around the area as it is a small spot behind the Main Street in Chinatown. Definitely will always recommend this place

This is a fantastic spot for HK food! We came in during lunchtime on Friday- warning, the restaurant is popular so it gets packed and the parking lot in the area is pretty limited. We ordered the Hong Kong Style Lemon Tea, Curry Beef Brisket Chow Fun, Chicken Wing with Pepper and Scallion, and French Toast. The drink is citrusy and not too sweet which I personally like. The chicken wings were super juicy and flavorful- this is a must! As for the HK style french toast, this definitely satisfied my sweet tooth and I'd come back just to eat this. As for the Curry Beef Brisket Chow Fun, the noodles were a little mushy and stuck together but the sauce was flavorful and the beef was very tender and flavorful. Overall, I'd give this spot a 4.5/5 for the food! Service was standard and the interior was pretty spacious (but as I mentioned before, it gets pretty busy inside since this is a popular spot)! I can't wait to visit again and try more dishes.
